For our custom photo products, we ask that you upload your images through an off-site form that we have set up specifically for our Etsy customers to customize their orders at. Despite being off-site, is secured to protect your information (we will never sell or release the information submitted to it to 3rd parties). The form itself is set up specifically to guide you through options and more detailed customization of your order, which is why we recommend using it. We reserve the right to reject images on the basis of content and quality. Explicit and/or offensive images cannot be accepted. Copyrighted/Trademarked images cannot be accepted unless you are the copyright/trademark owner. Our policies uphold that submission of an image constitutes that you claim to hold the copyright.

We are willing to do custom orders, although it is unnecessary to request them on our Customizable Products as these listings are already set up to be customized. Customization on existing products is possible, in concern to some artwork, shirt colors, or double-sided printing. Custom orders may incur additional charges to compensate for artwork set up and additional labor.

We are able to offer double-sided printing on our Polar Fleece and Coral Plush Fleece blankets as well as our 30" x 60" Beach Towels at this time through custom orders, and will do so for a 65% markup in cost due to the additional inks used for the double-sided imprint. We do not recommend using Polar Fleece blankets for double-sided printing, as the images may show through from one side to the other due to the fabric's density – however, having a solid color or something similar for the backing will not result in this issue.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Sorry.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the shipping information submitted to Etsy when placing the order. All orders are placed in the Etsy system. Etsy then supplies us with the information necessary to fulfill your order.

If you put the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately with the correction. We must be contacted before your order ships.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or get the package back from the shipper. After the order has shipped it is the buyer's responsibility to work with the shipper to reroute the package.

If a package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping charges.

No. Per shop policy, we cannot offer this to states and territories that are not part of the contiguous United States – Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, Etsy's system will offer this option to any area in the US in error, but we cannot fulfill orders going to these states or territories if you have selected free shipping.

Unfortunately, no. All products we offer with free shipping have their shipping costs built into the price of the product – meaning that the built-in cost of shipping cannot be included in your refund if you return an item.
